We will send you a questionnaire to gather information about your experience, desired roles etc. You can communicate with our team throughout the entire process via the customer portal.
First, visit our “Services” tab on the home page and pick your desired coaching package. Once you submit payment for the services purchased, we’ll handle the rest. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us taking you to the portal. You’ll need to complete a few forms in the customer portal including a questionnaire. The questionnaire is necessary for us to get a better idea of your work history, accomplishments and career goals. Pro Tip-If you’re looking for new career opportunities- Be sure to copy and paste sample job descriptions of positions or opportunities you are targeting. You will also be asked to upload your resume to our portal.
Once we receive all your information, your expert resume writer will reach out to you with any questions he/she may have -if needed. Within 3 – 5 business days from your initial order, you will receive your brand new documents via email. If you have any edits, changes or questions, they may be discussed via email or the customer portal at that time. Once all documents are finalized, you will receive final versions of your documents (Word and PDF) to set you up for career success.
